Welcome to My City Food Secret:
Spicy Chicken Korma Recipe. Various types of kormas exist, but this recipe in particular is based on the Delhi-style korma, sometimes called 'korma' or 'Mughlai korma'. Kormas are rich, special dishes that were eaten on special occasions, unlike kaliya which was lighter and considered everyday food. Chicken kurma is one recipe that pairs well with almost all Indian main course dishes. This chicken kurma recipe is the most common side dish that my family loves and ask me to make all the time.
