Chicken Shit Sunday - Fifth Edition - Holy Shits

I dream of a better world, where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.

Today on Chicken Shit Sunday, we have some shits from @farmstead from ___! She raises seven breeds of chickens, including Easter eggers (Like ours), Australorp, Cuckoo Marans, Silver Laced Wyandottes, Welsummers, Slamon Favorelles, Blue Langshans, and one Bantam Langshorn roo.

This last one has a certain halo about it. The feather in back gives it the soft glow of an angel. A Holy Shit, if you will.

My chickens are still in chicken prison. We started letting them out this evening for some foraging and will continue to let them out in the evenings to prevent egg laying in strange places.

The husband still hasn't culled the roosters. I'm thinking more and more that two more of the 3 month-old chickens are roosters, too. That will make six roosters. Tooooo many roosters.
