Hello friends, welcome once more to our usual meeting. Continuing with the content referred to the characteristics of the children. We are going to share, in this opportunity, two new aspects implicitly linked to the condition of childhood.

The child is a being of immense possibilities

Definitely, the child is a sea of ​​possibilities, and this in all the senses of the human personality: in abilities, in knowledge, in the development of the will, etc.

This characteristic, essential to human nature, constitutes the most sublime spiritual good we possess; it is the gift that takes us away from the material and more brings us closer to God. Indeed, the possibilities in man, and even more in the child, have no limits.

Under this reality, for teachers, for example, must be a wonderful challenge and at the same time an immense responsibility: the mud with which he works can turn it into the most extraordinary work, both in the personal plan and in the social environment.

The child has affectivity

Affectivity, in general, involves the life of all people. In the same way, it greatly influences behavior; We could almost say that it is the main cause of it.

In this context, affectivity is highlighted in the child, because it is more spontaneous, more generous. Their activity, their actions are all directed by affectivity, be it positive as in the case of affection, be negative as non-acceptance or rejection. The affectivity of the child is manifested especially in the game.

Two conclusions can be obtained, for the teacher, from the affectivity of the child.

First, how much the teacher can get from his students through affection, delicacy, love, both cognitive and formative.

Second, and as a consequence of the above, the great effort that the teacher must apply for the child to acquire noble and sensitive feelings, and this has to continue with his preaching and invoking examples in which the child has to react positively .
