SEC S20W6/ Adventures in the park

in children-s20w6 •  2 months ago

Go to the park who will always run to where we have the swings. The children play, and the children are like 5 and 6. Only lovers of them will understand this. I am a P.R.O of the choir team, and the result of our meeting led to this picnic. Some kids who were on probation as they learnt to sing decided to come with us; the majority were teenagers and young adults like me, but the children were few—about two of them, if not mistaken; they haven't turned 13 yet, but already they were grown as if they were. That's girl for you at this stage.

The purpose of this picnic was to foster togetherness and scrutinise ourselves, point out where we have all gone wrong, and give room for the children to display their talent and tell us how far they have learnt so far. This will determine if they are joining us in our next ministry, probably after 2 months or thereabout.

I wouldn't advise anyone to let the children go to the park alone, because they are to be led to where to climb and where not to because children nowadays are so curious. I can remember at age 8 in primary school, one of my classmates swung the swing too fast that it collided with others by the side and wound someone.

So here present with me with a shoutout is Sis Tope, an excos in the choir, the second in charge of the choir's treasury. She estimated every cost of this picnic, and here we are today. Another is the secretary. Sis Precious is in charge of the girls, and she makes sure they are ordered; I am the PRO, as I said earlier and subsequently, in charge of the media; I cover the entire event. We also have in our midst the director, the idea initiator, and the chief planner, and the other members are the soprano, tenor, and alto singer; we were all in our numbers.

Each team was asked to compose a song on the theme "Goodness of God" in 5 minutes; after 5 minutes, each group was called to sing their composed song, and it was amazing. Outside of religious activity, they played ludo and answered quizzes. We were bringing these kids to maturity by showing them how far they should study and how far they should be acquainted with songs.

When last did you teach your child how to sing? They have a better voice at this tender age, and if they are not utilised now, they may not experience an improvement or may not be interested in songs if their vocals don't sound nice anymore. Imagine a young boy's voice at a tender age; how about when he is 14? Is there any difference?

Our mission and our vision are to raise young talent like this one. We gave the children enough time to swing as we made an order of sticks of meat to share round; we also eat egg rolls and cake; the zobo drink was not left out either. Fire on the mountain was another game we chose; the first to catch someone won another stick of meat, and the children would pursue until they got tired just to win a stick of meat; at some point, we let them catch us so they would be happy.

I would love to see entries from @ciru2014 @maularizki and @eudisdiaz to join in this challenge organised by @anailuj1992, see you soon
