Internet Area is it safe for a children

I hope this article is now a common scene in our family. My aunt has one boy and one girl. Boy is only 8 now and girl is 2. They are very talented. But my little brother come to our home only for internet. He is very attractive to this. He is not eat properly and not play to other.

So, this types of children become very lazy. And it is not safe for his health ,he is not friendly to other. He like to stay alone. He is only passing his time with mobile. I think it is too danger to him. His sister is very friendly not like him. She like and try to play with him but he is so busy to play game to mobile. It is also easy to attract her from brother. So, please without a proper age don't let them use internet. It is not good for them.
