Child work in Bangladesh

The book and pencil that was supposed to be in the hands of the child at the age of time, but the child is forced to find work to provide his food instead. One of the greedy interests of the people of greedy poverty is the opportunity of these poor children to work through their weaknesses. Because the value of labor of these children is very small. Textile and garments, print and embroidery, garments, leather industry, shoes and brick factory are among the sectors which have the tendency of child labor in Bangladesh. Many children are working in garment factories by hiding yet. According to the US Department of Labor, Bangladesh's position in the world is the second in the production of child labor. In the first place, India and the Philippines are in third place.

Child Labor Policy
Children: There is some difference in the age of the child in the country, due to the diversity of socio-economic conditions in different countries, different cultural and values, nature and environment. Again, in the same country there is a difference in the age of child due to the type of work and work environment. As per the UN Child Rights Sanad (1989), all human children under the age of 18 will be called children, if the child is considered as a child under 18 years of age under the applicable law. According to the ILO Convention 138, human child will be called a child under 15 years, but in a risky work, the human child under the age of 18 will be called a child. According to the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, those who have not completed 14 years of age are called children. image
