Situation in China

China has been quiet since the banning of ICO and cryptocurrency exchanges.
There was a Blockchain summit in Shanghai during the time in September which has no YouTube or any information about it so far. I attended a meetup in Japan which is organized by one of the participants of the summit and they said people get arrested if talked about ICO.

And another reason could be because of the election in China, Oct/18.
