3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
250 ml water

3 limes
3 tbsp sugar

Clean the duck, then cut into pieces according to taste
Clean the duck under running water. Remove all the feathers, along with the innards. Then, cut the duck into several pieces, not too small.
After that, put the duck pieces into a container. Add lime juice to it. Then, stir the duck until it is evenly coated with lime juice. The goal is that the smell of the duck is not too fishy. Set aside for a moment.Marinate the duck with the spices, let it rest for a while
While waiting for the duck, make the marinade. Prepare a container, mix the salt, sugar, ground pepper, pickle, soy sauce, and sweet soy sauce into it. Stir all the spices until evenly mixed.
Then, put all the pieces of duck into the soy sauce seasoning. Stir occasionally until smooth. Marinate for about an hour.

Prepare a baking sheet for roasting duck, put a few pieces of duck on it. If there are only a few pieces of duck, roast it in one session. If it's too much, bake a few pieces first, so that they cook evenly.
Place the baking sheet with the duck in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Apply the remaining soy sauce, then roast the duck until cooked and slightly dry.
