Mix the cabbage, radishes, onion and coriander in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger and pepper until the sugar dissolves. Add mayonnaise.
When you are ready to serve, carefully combine the dressing and almonds with the green mixture.
Fried rice with Chinese cabbage and shrimp
Necessary products:
3 tablespoons of boiled white rice; olive oil, ¼ hc. chopped onions; ¼ hc. 2 cloves of garlic; 1 pound of peas and carrots; 2 hrs. chopped Chinese cabbage; 1 egg; 12 large shrimps, 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
Method of preparation:
Heat a large pan or wok at medium temperature. Put the olive oil and, after warming, add rice and onion. Continue stirring. Add soy sauce and continue stirring for about 4 minutes.
Add the cabbage, the garlic, the peas and the carrots. Stir. Continue to cook and stir. Move the ingredients to the outer edges to make a blank space in the middle of the pan. Add the egg in the middle of the pan and mix only the egg while it is cooking.
Once the egg is ready, mix all the ingredients in the pan. Remove the fried rice from the pan and place it in a large dish or bowl. Place the pan back on the fire and add the shrimp and barbecue sauce. Stir together so the shrimps are covered with sauce. Continue to stir until shrimps are ready (about 4 minutes). Serve shrimps on rice.

3 tbsp olive oil; ½ onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 2 l water, 4 tablespoons granulated chicken broth 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ cabbage head, about 400 ml of canned tomatoes, diced
Method of preparation:
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil at medium temperature. Stir onion and garlic, squeeze until the onion becomes transparent, about 5 minutes.
Dissolve in water, broth, salt and black pepper and add to the pan. Boil, then add the cabbage. Stir and let the cabbage soften for about 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and let it boil. Cook for another 30 minutes, often stirring.
