After we completed the sampling process which took at least 6 months it took another 6 months to send a correct PP sample, get approval and produce the bulk.
At that point, my customer wanted hardly to cancel the order due to the delay and all the problems we caused to them but we did not want to loose the advanced money so we negotiated a discount. Not big deal just 10% discount for the huge delay. Mr Lucky sent us the new invoice with 10% discount and we sent the balance payment to him.
Afterwards, he received the money and said please pay the balance 10% or I will sell the goods next week. Crazy!! We had no choice but to pay for it to get the goods.
