One popular Indian chocolate dish is called "chocolate burfi," which is a type of fudge made with chocolate and condensed milk. Here's a recipe for you to try:

Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups grated or crumbled milk powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp ghee or butter for greasing the pan
Instructions:

Grease an 8x8 inch square pan with ghee or butter and set aside.

In a heavy bottomed pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the condensed milk and stir well.

Add the milk powder and cocoa powder, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.

Add the cardamom powder and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and starts to come away from the sides of the pan.

Add the chopped nuts (if using) and mix well.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.

Allow the mixture to cool for 30 minutes.

Using a sharp knife, cut the burfi into squares or diamond shapes.

Allow the burfi to cool completely before serving.

Enjoy your delicious chocolate burfi!
