Chocolate Chip Cookie Crisps!

A few months ago my family and I were doing our monthly food shopping trip, and were heading down the cracker/cookie/etc. aisle. We past a type of cookie I had seen before, but never could understand how they were made. The awesome, delightful..... Mrs. Thinster's cookie thins!! I had for forever wanted to recreate these absolute delights, but never seemed to prevail.... until now! Here is the recipe I used, hope you enjoy!
