Where are my tokens?

I bought some EOS, but can't find them in my Metamask. EOS website says 0.0000 EOS (unclaimed ) below it says 665.0876 EOS , but where are they? Followed many youtube instructions but can't find them! Please help with simple walk through, I'm not techy at all. 😞
