Don't get upset by small details. Your life doesn't have to be filled with worries all the time. Choose wisely what is worth fighting for. It can't be everything...
When you let go an opportunity to become upset, you will remain in peace. Know yourself in order to be able to do that.
Many valuable things get destroyed over small, meaningless stuff. We don't have to keep account and remember all that offends or hurt us. Try not to be offended easily, it's not people's goal most of the time. When you do, your life will be simpler. We do not want our minds to be cluttered with thoughts that do not help us. Pure thoughts go good together with a simple life.
Don't receive offense and forgive fast. And repeat it perpetually.
