"I will bless you [with abundant increase of favors] and make your name famous and distinguished, and you will be a blessing [dispensing good to others]."

Money can distract our attention away from God. We need to learn how to handle abundance. God blesses us so we can enjoy life and be a blessing for others.
Possessions and money are not the problem. Our attitude towards them could become a problem when it's out of balance. When material things own us instead of us owning them. When we forget that everything we own is a gift by the grace of God.
The greatest joy is when we use our belongings to bless people.
God is our source. Not work, not money, not people, not our talent or skill. God gave us everything that we have and everything that we are.
