Going through one of the social site i usually visit, i came across this wonderful teaching of the word of God and i decided to share it here on steemit for the uplifting of our soul.

As we aim to live as the children of God, we sometimes make mistakes, committing sins, we become heavy with guilty and embarrassed; feeling that how God sees you is different.

God really despise sins and wish you do not engage in it but he never hesitates to cover you in his protecting arms and accept you back when you feel embarrassed or dejected on how God sees you. The good example of the love God has for his children is been demonstrated in the story of the prodigal son. In the Bible; in the book of Luke 15; 11-32. Where the father of the prodigal son received his son wholeheartedly when he came back with remorse after going away for a long time. This same way, God accept you back if you truly feel sorry for your sins.

Though, it is also quite encouraging to know that when you feel ashamed that the way God sees you are unpleasant, I will be glad to inform you that your assumption is not what it might be.

Well friends in Christ Jesus, here are 7 things you need to remember when you are embarrassed on how God sees you.

7 Things to know about How God sees you

God does not judge you; we human are always quick to point out the wrong or faults of our neighbor but most times do not see our mistakes. One good thing Jesus always makes us understand is that he never judges us of our wrong deeds even when it’s so clear and ugly. He never judges nor blame us nor blame us for our sins, instead, he sees us as same. You indeed the apple of God’s eyes. You are perfect in his sight, as righteous as he is.
For by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy (these according to the book of Hebrews 10:14 in the Holy Bible).

We are God’s children; Does a good father rejects his child if he makes a mistake or commits a wrong action? Well, No. if an earthly father could still have the love to forgive and accepts a child who brings him shame and disgrace. Then our heavenly father can do more, all for your sake. Like I earlier stated, he is the truth exemplary father of the parable of the prodigal son. How God sees you is gold; he accepts that rejected black sheep of the family, turning him/her to a new leaf, which everyone will like to become.

God is Love; the book of 1 John 4; 8 who states that “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love”. If you have truly loved your neighbor or a family member, then you will truly understand what love is all about. Most times, we are able to truly love without fault by the help and grace of God. A true love entails overlooking the mistakes or wrong of another.
With God been love himself, he overwrites our sins, which is the more reason while he died on the cross for us; so that we can be redeemed.

He seeks for the sinners; surprisingly, the bible made us realize that God seeks and come for the sinner. The parable of the good shepherd in the bible John10; 1-18 illustrated more on these when the shepherd left the ninety-nine sheep in search of the one lost sheep. In that parable, the Good Shepherd is Jesus and the one missing sheep is the sinner.
You should know that God truly really wants you in his presence, so you should try not to ignore his kindness and long for him like he has long for you. No matter how far you may think you have fallen into sin, he will surely relocate you like he located the lost sheep. So we should not be sad on how God sees us.

He is ready to forgive you; sometimes, you may feel that you are way deeper into sin and God can’t forgive you. Well, dear friend in Christ Jesus, God is always ready to forgive our sins the instant we feel sorry for it. All for you and me, he died on the cross, so we might be free from every sin. His mercy ever sufficient. God is ever merciful; which is why he will always forgive when we feel the need for redemption.

You are reconciled in Christ; the passage in 2 Cor 5:18-19 explained better on this; it states “All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.”

You Cannot Be Condemned For Any Reason; the bible verses which elaborated more these are;
John 5:24 which states; “I tell you the truth, whoever hears my words and believes Him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has passed over from death to life”

Romans 8:1 which states; “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”

John 3:17 which also states; “because of this, we can no longer be condemned for any reason. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him”

From the above three passages, not any of them has required anything of you except for you to believe that when Jesus went to the cross to have you back to him. He never condemns you but wants you for who you are. Everything will settle for the moment you believed that, so do not be embarrassed on how God sees you.

Having known all this on how God sees you, now do not hesitate to come to him with a genuine remorse heart. Love him the way he truly loves you, remember, he is always with you and knows you better than anyone.

Wow...thanks for taking out time to share this wonderful inspiration.
God will forever be Loving always ready to forgive us of our sins, I wonder how life would have been if Christ didn't come to die for us.
Even at times, when we want to pray,it seems like the devil will keep reminding you of reasons your prayer can never be answered, making us condemn ourselves, but with the understanding of HIS word we have overcome.
Thanks for sharing

One period in my life i found myself unable to pray because of the thing i did. Am always reminded of this act and it will become difficult to open my mouth to pray or sing song of praise and worship God. I was able to overcome my shame and guilt because of Roman 8:1.

There are many brother and sister facing this issue and some have even resigned to fate, because nobody to put them through, i was lucky enough to meet an ordained man of God who remind me of Roman 8:1. Sharing articles like this will go a long way in locating and helping them.
