There salute thee Epaphras -
Similar people who are here specified as welcome Philemon, are said in the end of the Epistle to the Colossians - furnishing a high level of proof that Philemon dwelled at Colosse. Epaphras was an individual from the congregation there; see the ref at Colossians 4:12.

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

The condition of his being a detainee isn't said in the parallel place in the Epistle to the Colossians, however nothing is more likely.
