There salute thee Epaphras -

Similar people who are here specified as welcome Philemon, are said in the end of the Epistle to the Colossians - furnishing a high level of proof that Philemon dwelled at Colosse. Epaphras was an individual from the congregation there; see the ref at Colossians 4:12.

Colossians 4:12
Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

My fellow-prisoner in Christ Jesus -

In the reason for Christ; See, Philemon 1:1.

Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, unto Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellowlabourer,

The condition of his being a detainee isn't said in the parallel place in the Epistle to the Colossians, however nothing is more likely.
