Did God Intended A Decentralized Community of Life?

in christian-trail •  7 years ago  (edited)

Hi Steemians, as we adjourn to a new month, as this coming weekend is another Holy Communion time to most churches, something came into my mind as I am typing this, especially after reading a post from my friend at Why Should You Consider Putting Your Extra Time, Effort, and Resources Into Being Part of The Collaborative Commons? with a question just like the title above.

Did God intend us all to be living in a decentralized environment?

I totally understand if you are trying to show me from the Old Testament to the New Testament about leadership, and that we must be Christ-like (like the shepherd) attending to sheep, which results leadership as well, but is it centralized governance, or decentralized governance?
Look at the scriptures that reminded me about the Body of Christ inspired by God, written by Apostle Paul:
1 Corinthians 12:27

Now you are Christ's body, and individually members of it.

1 Corinthians 12:12

For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ.

Ephesians 4:15-16

but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

Romans 12:4-5

For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.

And what did Jesus said before he ascend to Heaven to His disciples as we called The Great Commission ?

Matthew 28:18-20

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

He said, make disciples , not sheep

What do disciples have?

What Jesus has (as we are baptized into him into the family of God).

We abide in Jesus, as he is the vine, we are the branches; but we are not all the same in functionality, although we are the same in entity.

We are equal by identity, but our level of responsibilities is different.

What am I trying to say?

Looking back at this whole thing in the sight of God, a bird’s eye view, how do we look like?

This is an example image of a decentralized network, courtesy from reactual.com

Even our brain neurons are very similar to it, isn’t it?

If we put the largest node as God (the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit) do we see a similarity?

So, in a growing decentralized system like Steemit, a wonderful community; can we make use of its environment to adapt into our original intention by God?

How do we make what we have now, in Steemit or any crypto currency we have, efficient, instead of just thinking to save it aside for rainy days?

Can we, as individuals be equally efficient for one another? Is it possible?

More importantly, how can a Christian community be efficient in this manner?

What do you think? This post is open for brainstorming together. I welcome open discussion.

Thank you for your time

wonderful wonderful !! I remember a "truth" that stuck with me ever since I was a kid..."God created us free and as free we chose to follow his path or not..." we are not created slaves nor sheeps we are free individuals that give praise and thanks to the Lord in unique individual ways...when we will be called for judgement we will be alone in front of the Father...even though we are brothers and sisters we commit different sins at different times in different spaces .. that's why we should always do the right thing and treat each other as we would like to be treated even when it is "impossible" :)...YES! it is decentralized just like the theory of the big bang we are all dispersed there and here but will come back together as one "centralized" entity...many faces, one people...yes, it is decentralized, decentralized from the one centripetal force that is community, social and human values...these are the cental of our decentral system we call steemit, family, society...the old testaments harsh rules were necessary to start the "system" just like the big bang...it was brutal, wicked in its reaction, destructive, nothing could survive it not even it self...as it was a self destruction reaction but then, after it all...things started to settle...things were calming down, life was born from death and thus death will bring back to life once again...we are now living the calm part of the "making" or shall i say "in the making" and it is a wonderful thing but then again like in the picture depicting the decentralized system something "wicked" is going to happen...something wicked is already happening if u ask me but that we are not fully aware of it yet but when it will manifest (who knows when) the system will crumble down on its own...back once again... in the circle of life and death...some live in heaven for a day and the next they go to hell and back again...some stay in hell but those that stay in heaven learnt that the wicked is always there..."roaming around" looking for destructive energy to sum upon armagadeddon

LOL thank you so much for some a elaboration from a different angle @kingyus !
Do you Armageddon is actually a place?
Yes, just as you said, decentralized, and yet interconnected.
And with the help of God the Holy Spirit, we CAN treat one another as brothers and sisters when we come into His kingdom, His entity.
And yet speaking of hell, oh wow, I just discovered, and will still need to comb through how REAL hell is, described in the word of God. So clearly. God does not want us to go there. I can tell you. He does not want us to go there, yet He gave us a choice to choose which road to walk on, back to His kingdom (in Heaven as in on Earth), or hell in eternity.
Thank you again for stopping by and giving your insightful feedback! Truly appreciate it!

Great post. I like the title and the image. Very good. Upvoted and RESTEEMED.

Glad you like it @msg768 . Isn't it interesting how decentralisation works which goes really closely to what Apostle Paul mentioned for the body of Christ?
Thank you for stopping by!

Yes it is. Indeed. And your welcome :]

Yes, I think the emphasis is on the individual who has God at his/her core. I hope that my interactions with others reveal God to them, and I hope that my actions are in alignment with God. I think it fits with the comparison you are trying to make. Good post!

Don't worry @j-ziegler-tx , the Holy Spirit is always there to guide us in alignment with God

Sometimes it is more up to us to see if we are willing enough to be re-tuned if there's something out of the alignment.

Thank you so much for making time and commenting this post! God bless!
