Earlier today I made a post about a hearing I had for my Drivers license appeal. I am sad to announce that I was denied my license again. The judge that heard my hearing was very sympathetic to my plea, but unfortunately, the law is very clear on what he is able to do in matters like mine.
My appeal was an appeal of the record of the hearing. Basically I was saying that the evidence on the record was enough to point out that the decision to deny me should have been different. The judge found that the decision was not outside of the Secretary of States authority and was legal.
What do I do next?
In a case like mine, where I am revoked on my driving privileges, my only option is to wait until the year is up from my last hearing date and start the process over again.
This is what I will do.
I am in such a better state of mind than I ever have been before. Instead of making a rash decision and blowing everything I have been working for because of bad news, I will just accept that this is God's will for my life right now and continue to move forward on the things I am still fixing. The hearing will be again in like 6 months, and they can't deny me forever.
Yeah it is kind of a bummer, but I will survive! Thank you for all of your prayers, you guys are super awesome!

I just got a speeding ticket last Monday while traveling across states for work. Apparently I was doing 84 when I had my cruise control on 70 the entire time. I believe that I only received the ticket once she found out I was out of state and not going to drive back for court just to have to keep coming back to other court dates that they give me.
