Hello everyone. How joyful to realize that even in this kind of community, Christ believing people has a way to express their/our faith and love for God. I thank the Lord in becoming a part of christian-trail group. My commitment is to continue lifting you up in prayers that may all of you can overcome all the anxieties that tries to ruined your daily life in the Lord.

A story has been told about by Author A. B. Simpson:

"An old farmer who plowed around a large rock in his field year after year. He had broken one cultivator and two plowshares by hitting it. Each time he saw that obstacle, he grumbled about how much trouble the rock had caused. One day he decided to dig it up and be done with it. Putting a large crowbar under one side, he found to his surprise that the rock was less than a foot thick. Soon he had pried it out of the ground and was carting it away in his wagon. He smiled to think how that "big" old rock had caused him so much needless frustration. Not every trouble can be removed as easily as that stone. But prayer is an effective way to handle difficulties of all sizes. Using the leverage of prayer with our problems can keep us from becoming victims of worry."

Paul has this in mind when He encouraged the Philippians church about how they can overcome anxiety about everything. He told them that in bringing all their anxious thoughts to the throne of the living God by prayer, supplication and giving thanks in all of their circumstances, then they will be able to experience God's ever present peace in their hearts and mind.

Today, let the peace of God rule in your hearts and may you experience God's overflowing love in your life--Grace abound in you!
