video is a little better but ether way is fine try vlc media player -[[i do not know if its work with apple junk lol-;} ]]]..to record i use to back up dvd`s all you have to do is push record n then its records to computer wile it plays video in a format no drm encryption just thought i mention that most do not know that it does that heck its free n open source n does most everything records from camera to pretty sure i love that program ....love your videos josh and a Big God bless n howdy frum Travis in the hills of east Tennessee
