UNFORCED RHYTHMS OF GRACE, DAY 362

‘And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him,
saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed
with a devil. But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him,
saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us. But he answered and said, I am not sent but
unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel’ (Matthew15:22-24).

How you see Jesus affects the way you vitally receive; your receiving is contingent on your
perception of Jesus and His finished works. How you see Jesus Christ is how you will
receive. For example, the centurion of whom scriptures says had great faith never said, "I have
great faith."

His estimation of Jesus was large. His estimation of Jesus Christ was huge. Look at what He
said to Jesus, "speak a word and my servant at home will be healed." And yet he was not a Jew.
Jesus said that this man had great faith. He came to receive as one not under the law! He was
a Gentile, thus, he came to receive based on his estimation of Jesus Christ in His Grace and not
based on his obedience of the Law. And Romans 4 says, "It is of faith that it might be by
Grace."

In our opening scripture, the Canaanite woman, knowing that Jesus came for the house hold
of Israel, came at first pretending to be a Jew. Jesus then told her, "healing is the children's
bread,” and that He would not take the Children's bread and give to puppies.
However, when she saw herself as she was, a Gentile (dog/puppy), and at the same time, she
saw the supply in Jesus, estimating Him huge in His Grace, she said, "but the puppies eat from
the crumbs that fall from the children's table, and the crumbs are more than enough for
me." Then Jesus screamed at her, "O woman! Great is your faith!"

Beloved, how do you see Jesus Christ and His finished works? It is of faith that it might be
by Grace. If it is works, it’s no more Grace but rewards, and if it's based on Grace, then it's
through faith.

LET YOUR ESTIMATION of Jesus and His finished works be huge.
Say this with me: I SEE JESUS CHRIST AND HIS FINISHED WORKS IN ALL THAT
CONCERNS ME! I ESTIMATE HIS FINISHED WORKS HUGELY IN EVERY AREA OF
MY LIFE IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
