At the British Museum I read many Inscriptions from Nebuchadnezzar's Reign in Babylon. These inscriptions are used by archaeologists alongside the Bible to date historical events. Daniel's presence in Babylon was well documented by the Israelites, and the books of the Bible give an extremely unique insight as to what life was like as captives during the Babylonian reign.
