This Bible verse gives one a lot of hope, as it encourages us to stick to the righteous path, found in the Word of God.
The Holy Spirit helps Christians to keep their feet on the good way of the Lord and not wander down the paths of darkness, that will only lead, to death and destruction.
The Light of God's presence abiding in us, by the Holy Spirit, is much more powerful than the darkness, surrounding us on all sides.
Nevertheless Satan, the deceiver, tries to trick us into believing lies through the eye gate, ear gate and mind, so that we start believing error.
If we meditate on the Word of God, it will convict us and convince us, to keep to the straight and narrow way, that leads to joy of eternal life.
Be encouraged to submit to Jesus and live close to Him, by the comforting Holy Spirit, who will guide us at all times.
