Very easy, having met Jesus very closely the Apostle John inspired by the Holy Spirit gave us the best explanation of the character of God contained in the Bible. (1 John 4: 8: God is love). Not that God has love but that God is Love. What does that mean ? . That everything God does, everything he says and everything he asks us to do does not ask for LOVE.
God created us out of love, but what does that mean in practical terms? Love needs relationships to manifest itself. I need to connect with someone to be able to love her. That is why God created us, to relate to us.
