What many have chosen as their symbol of faith, hope, love, encouragement, and more, may not be pleasant to the Lord one bit. Yes, I am talking about the murder weapon used on our Lord, the crucifix, or any other person or tools associated with causing his death. You know it is universally understood if something caused trauma to someone they more than likely would not want to see it every corner they turned, but it appears on earth it is the opposite. Perhaps if the Lord was shot with a gun would that be the symbol of faith that humanity would choose to wear and display almost everywhere?
I know for sure it would not be pleasant for those who lost a love one and or suffered in the Las Vegas mass shooting...
So why is majority of the world confused? I guess it does not help that the world leaders especially the Roman Catholic Church having it plastered everywhere and make people worship it.
That also does not take away from the fact that the God of this world (Satan) has blinded the minds of the people from the truth. Well the bible does say he deceived the WHOLE world (Rev 12:9). If he has not deceived you in this case it is for certain with another. You better believe that. And if you have doubts pick up that bible and see if you are on the fast track to hell. Good luck with that though, even some of that is mistranslated.

No, the crucifix is not evil. It's impossible for an inanimate object to be evil. The idea is one of the teachings of the Jehovah's Witnesses.
