This is another entry for @flamingirl's "Christmas-Steem Photo Contest" for December 23.
I took a picture of this because I thought it looked cool and nice. I tried to do the paper proof, but it was so dark that you could see it and it just looked like a black block.
It's great that there are people who will use a lot of time and money to bring Christmas cheer with these pretty lights. I love that around Christmas, you can drive around neighborhoods to see the lights.
Their neighbor didn't have many lights (only by their door), but they had a sign over their garage that said "Ditto" with lights and an arrow pointing to the house with more lights.

My daughter when she met Santa earlier this month. She had her full detailed list of toys she wanted for Christmas ready, hopefully Santa will bring some cause daddy and mommy can't get them all! She was all joy about seeing Santa, she had this beautiful red dress on and she helped Santa the whole time giving him the gifts for other children. She was Santa's little helper for an afternoon!

- Entry 2:

What's going through her mind as she's looking into Santa's eyes? I wouldn't know. Those peaceful moments with my daughter are rather rare and tend to last just a few seconds. So I'm super excited when I'm able to capture them. They are really magical.

As far as photography, this was taken with my 35mm, my favorite lens for these types of shots. I've added a color toning reminiscent of older films to add to the timeless feeling.

I took this picture a year ago while walking in a city park.
Our city park is very beautifully decorated for the New Year. The trees are hung with colored lights that change their colors. In the center of the park, a large Christmas tree is set up, which is also decorated with colored garlands.

This bright splendor is very visible from afar. Walking in the evening in such a park is very nice and it always enhances the New Year mood.

Another photo about Christmas decorations.
This Santa reindeer stands under our Christmas tree every New Year.
This is a very fun toy. In the photo this is not visible, but this deer has telescopic legs and it can become very high. He also has very funny bulging eyes.
This deer is definitely a great Christmas tree decoration.
And here is a proof that this picture was made by me.

Finalist number 5: @sherylneil

This one is a tall christmas tree from the church made with wire rack and shaped in a triangle. Wishes written in paper which serves as the christmas deco of the tree.

This is one of the hundreds of wishes in a tree. Though, it's not a traditional tree it looks so beautifully and happy colorful tree.

A photo from last year's christmas tree at the Saint michael's church in Sharjah, UAE. It is a charity based christmas tree, where you can buy the paper, write your wishes and hang on the tree. The proceeds will go to charity works for needy people and orphans.

What do you think of this tree, isn't a very happy tree?
