A Word Of Encouragement For The World Today

In time passed, we thought if only we had more money we will feel fulfilled. If only we had more materiel things we will be fulfilled.
If only . . .
If only . . .
If only . . .
Fill in the blanks.
But today we have had all these things and have seen many people who have all these things and yet are not fulfilled.
There is a simple solution, renew your mind. Try a new philosophy of life. Try to look at life from another angle. Your mind is an accumulation of the thoughts and thought processes you encountered and given some attention to in the past.

If you are not satisfied with your life as it is right now, help yourself by changing your mind.
Rom 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

These are a few tricks that can help us broadens our out look and help put to rest our ever searching and needy minds.

Travel to other places!

My late mother use to say travel is education.
Travelling to areas that have different cultures, climates, languages, religions, etc.
Any activity that will take you out of your usual thinking patterns will help.

Learn something new!

Learning new things have a way of expanding our minds, and helps us look and see things from a new and different point of view.

Research about another denomination or religion or philosophy.

No matter the religion you belong to, it will always be a great eye opener to investigate any other religion of your choose. Fear not! The truth can't hurt you. The truth will only make you free.
Never let any one discourage you from seeking knowledge.

Start Something New!

A new business, a new sporting activity, a new project, a new relationship where it may apply.
New friends, new business associates, new neighbours etc can greatly expand your mind and bring a lot of well being into our lives.
