Churma Laddu Indian sweet food

Farewell to Ganpati Bappa.

Recipe

Ingredients

250 gms coarsely Wheat flour
175 to 200 gms Jaggery
100 to 125 gms Ghee/oil
1 cup warm water
2 sp sesame seeds
2 sp Roasted grated coconut
1 SP Cardamom powder
1 SP Poppy seeds
Oil for fry

In mixing bowl take wheat flour add Ghee/Oil for mohn mix well properly now add warm water make tight dough.

Heat oil.
Make equal size of balls from dough.
Fry on slow flame till Light brown in batches.

Cool it down totally.
In mixi jar make Coarsely powder.
Add sesame seeds, coconut and cardamom powder in mixture n mix well.

In another wok add 2 sp Ghee add Jaggery.
Cook till Jaggery melt equally.

In mixture add Jaggery mixture. Mix well with spatula evenly. Make equal size Laddu or Modak from Mixture. Can store for 3 to 4 days.
