1 cup grated cottage cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped pulp
2 t-spoon finely chopped green chillies
1 table-spoon cornflower
salt to taste
To oil, squeeze and cook


to decorate
1 tspun licking masala


To serve
Green chutney
Tomato catcup


Method

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and mix it well.

Divide this mixture into 8 equal parts, make a flat round tikki of 37 mm (11/2 ") diameter of each part.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and squeeze a little oil.

Keeping tikki, using a little oil, cook on both of them until golden.

Sprinkle the Apar Chut Masala
roast it with Green Chutney and Tomato Catchip. image
