Bob Lazar: Area 51 and Flying Saucers

This film was recommended to me by a friend, a friend that I would describe as an (enthusiastic) strict sceptic. And let me tell you, this movie is great for sceptics.

As the title indicates, the documentary is about UFOs and this Bob Lazar person. He came into prominence in the '80s when he gave an interview about his work in Are 51 where he states that he and others have worked on an Alien Space Ship.

As a cinematic work ... it's ok. It relays mainly on the interviews and information. It has a few music video sequences and Mickey Rourke is the Narrator.

Immediately what sets his story apart from most of UFO's stories" is his attitude and the magnitude of the story. Usually, it has some sort of "I'm the special one/ narcissism and some allegations that can not be verified in any way... and some other things that make sit very easy to debunk such claims.

With this guy, it is quite different. The things he says are contained, they make sense (it's likely that that's how things would actually occur)
he never wanted to give speeches or go on tours or sell books...

He is a true, lifetime scientist ... and talks about science and even explains how a UFO works as best as he can... and again, it does make a lot of science.

He got his house raided by the FBI while the documentary was being made. Many people around him believe what he is saying.

SOme details he gave back in the '80s ended up checking out... for example he mentioned a tool to measure the bone structure as to give people access to certain rooms. And now we know that certain parts of some military bases use that technology.

The way his person was attacked was a bit strange... like a lab, we worked for, said on record that he never worked there and they did not know him. And then you see him on their magazines and yearbooks and newspapers

Well, it's a very interesting film to see. I will recommend it as a must see, for the Alien topic. For sure a big part of the conversation.

Unlike many other's this one is very hard to debunk... I can't even think of any aspect that I can debunk... even if I wanted to.

The only debunking maybe it would be that all of this is part of "Project Blue Beam" a governmental program design to make people believe in Aliens and execute a fake Alien "invasion/ Visit" And this character was "created" in order to convince the sceptics...

On a personal level, I think this can be considered as a piece of evidence that there is superior technology on this planet.

As always, thank you for reading.
