Here's an image from circa 2010. Over this past winter, I went to this same exact location in Long Island City and realized shooting long exposures of the Empire State Building is now tricky now because the lights keep changing like a freaking light show now.
It's not a huge problem as you can photoshop your favorite color. Simply shoot a long exposure and a short one. Then take the color from the short exposure and add it to the long exposure. Hope that makes sense!
