Budget Cost of Implementation

Is a process of calculating the volume of work that is the price of various materials or expenses, equipment costs, labor wages and jobs that occur in construction, budget implementation costs exclude taxes, profits, and overhead. The general functions of the Budget Plan (RAP) are:
As a basic pricing guideline for the calculation of material costs and labor costs
As a reference for the price given to the main contractor and sub-contractor
As a calculation basis to know that the project is done no loss.

The calculation of the implementation cost budget plan (RAP) should be done in detail so that it can be made appropriately about the allocation of financial resources needs, the equipment requirements used to implement the project and the allocation of the cost of building materials as well as the required wages on each work item.

The implementation budget plan is divided into 2, namely:

1. Self-Estimated Cost Budget
   Budget calculation itself is intended to secure the work of the loss so that the work is more planned and measurable. This calculation is based on the resources of labor, materials, equipment and planning the index of the guidelines themselves.

2. Sub-contractor Cost Budget
   A sub-contractor is a company that takes the work of a contractor to undertake a work in accordance with an agreement or contract concerning both job description and price.
