Practicing Poco Allegretto by Cesar Franck

in classical-music •  6 years ago

My portion of today's sight-reading on the organ was done in the morning before the tourists and anybody else came to the church. I brought with me a collection of pieces for harmonium "L'Organiste" by the French Romantic composer Cesar Franck. This is Poco Allegretto, an opening piece. I found it much easier to play than Bach's Inventions and Sinfonias which I was sight-reading earlier.
