If you really want to help, download the swatch Bharat app from play store or iOS store. Post an image with the location. They truly come and collect the garbage within 12 hours. At times they blindly resolve your complaint but be attentive and reopen in such case.
It worked for me. All garbage was collected within 24 hours.
