The ownership of language messing with the G-Spot algo's is a fascinating idea and already I've noted some dodgy videos being presented by using the big G-Spot term as follow up video to watch. So I can see if you also associate the Procter and Gamble (P&G) term with G-Spot you will see these things being combined which could really mess up the algo associations.
