yep agreed on all something in the background has been happening for a long time and I assume Strang plays a role....But I've conclusively proven NYPD/SVU had the time opportunity and considering Weiner had hidden secret "insurance" no one knew about that story is still relevant and the rumblings about it Prince or not...just because of the facts and the FBI/system would be like okay Weiner at it again limited cover up slap on the wrist and then wait WTF which explains the fury that went on.
