Serverless applications, on end-point devices, are highly susceptible to incessant cyber attacks. As a business owner, for instance, your customer data will be at risk whenever users access your app off-server on their devices. Since you wont have control over the security precautions taken by a user, criminals may exploit vulnerabilities on his/her device to attack your business database and steal sensitive data.
Cloudbric promises to help businesses overcome this challenge by integrating both their serverless and server-side apps under a universal solution on a Secure Web Gateway. The platform will use its extensive resource database, as obtained from its existing business operation under the same name, together with an AI-based Deep Learning engine, to quickly detect and eliminate any form of cyber threat.
According to the developers, the Gateway client is a downloadable app available on mobile phones or PCs. It will automatically enable VPN tunneling which connects users to a global network of service nodes. These nodes will serve as proxies between users and the rest of the world. Securing Your Cryptocurrency Assets:
The cryptocurrency boom is attracting its fair share of cyber criminals. In fact, crypto thefts have become regular features on news updates across the world. According to Carbon Black, a cybersecurity firm, over 1.1 billion USD worth of digital currency assets were stolen in the 1st half of 2018 and it's quite easy.
