Here is my food diary, Hope all of you like it.
Morning:-
For today breakfast needs I prepare Idli with Peanut Chutney.
Idli with Peanut chutney is a common breakfast in South India but the most delicious and healthy one.
Afternoon:-
For Today lunch needs I prepare ladies finger kara pullusu, Beetroot poriyal, rasam, curd and rice.
Kids love beetroot a lot because of its special sweetness. Preparing any dish using beetroot, always gives a delicious taste to the dish.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for my family. Along with biscuits and plain cake as today snacks.
Dinner:-
For Dinner preparation, idiyappam afternoon leftover kara pullusu.
We can use any side dish for idiyappam needs because it dishes do not have any taste just adding a little bit of salt we prepare. So sambar, chutney, kurma or any other side dish we can utilize here.
