Greetings

Brief history about me

My name is Sahar and my Steemit username is @sahar78.I belong from kasur,a city of province Punjab(From Pakistan country and Asian continent).I joined Steemit around 3.4 years back in July 2021.I started my Steemit journey when I was in first year of my doctorate degree program and now I am in fifth year.

I participated in different dynamics at steemit and step by step I came closer to my targets.I worked as a moderator in Steem for Pakistan but now I am also an admin in knack4buzz community.

My experience in subject area

For applying in season 23 as a club mentor,I have choosed to share a detailed weekly project based module at "HandHeal (Manual therapy techniques club)" which is all about treating musculoskeletal problems manually or just by hands.I am applying as a clubmentor for season 23 as manual therapy is a major subject that I have studied in my second last semester of doctorate degree (DPT).

I also have a very good hands on manual therapy techniques practice while doing my hospital rotation so I would like to share and teach some of basic manual therapy techniques to students by sharing my video lectures which will be in English language.....

Examples of three weekly projects

Week 1

• Basic palpation techniques.

           CONTENTS OF LESSON

• Introduction to palpation.
• Identification of bony landmarks.
• Identification of soft tissue structures.

             PROJECT FOR STUDENTS 

• Identify any 8 bony landmarks of body(Share through video while identifying or if you share pictures then bony landmarks should be marked with any marker)

• Share a video or pictures of palpating any 3 muscles and connective tissues of body by use of palpation technique you learned in class.

• Share how you personally feel during palpation of muscles and connective tissues and which thing differentiated them from each other during palpation techniques implementation?

Week 2

• Soft tissue mobilization technique

          CONTENTS OF LESSON

• Soft tissue mobilization.
• Soft tissue mobilization principles.
• Effleurage and Petrissage techniques(Video demonstration)

            PROJECT FOR STUDENTS 

• Apply Effleurage and Petrissage technique to quadriceps muscle and share a video during applying this technique.

• Apply soft tissue mobilization at any one body part and share a video.

• Share that how you feel in Effleurage and Petrissage techniques implementation...What you feel different in Effleurage, petrissage and soft tissue mobilization techniques and what your model or patient feels most effective?

Week 3

          CONTENTS OF LESSON

• Joint mobilization.
• Principles of joint mobilization.
• Joint plays and types.
• Practical implementation of traction, distraction, rolling and gliding

       PROJECT FOR STUDENTS 

• Share a video of performing glides at finger joints or interphalangeal joints.
• Share a video of assessing joint mobility and stiffness and also justify that how you assess it through your personal experience according to your research and your feel.
• Research that in which conditions joint mobilization techniques can't be implemented and why?

Note:-

         _In all weekly lessons,I will share video lectures in English which will be conceptual, theoratical as well as practical so I will also try to ask theoratical and practical questions both from students in homework tasks for keeping project activities most engaging and interactive._

• Top 4 students which remain perfect in their performance in all tasks will be picked as top participants and they will be eligible to receive upvote from Sc01.

Overcoming AI content challenge

I will overcome AI content related challenges by following;

• Most of part of my project will be video related and practical so it can't be generated with AI
• Being a professional I have added those theoratical tasks which will based at personalized answer so if I feel that something is more than what was actually asked or there is no specification in answer then I will be able to caught that case.
• I will also try to identify that is there any paraphrasing in content by adding grammatical errors.
• I will also focus that is their proper continuation in all statements with each other.
• In case I have solid proofs that still if someone is abusing then I will ask that participant to share the sources from which he made research for answering particular task(As no one can be perfect in every field)
• More than this I will make sure to verify post originality by using AI detectors including duplicheker,quillbot or others.....
