分成几个大小差不多的小剂子并搓成小团子一

锅内加入适量的水烧开,后将彩色员子放入
素至浮起就熟了

放入纯净水中过凉~(煮熟后迅速放入凉白开里

另起锅烧开加入白糖融化,并将加水稀释过的
藕粉倒入锅中小火慢慢熬煮(过程中不断挠拌
(没有藕粉的煮点红豆汤或者绿豆汤代替也行〕
做法
当藕粉煮至薄芡状时、起锅前撒入干桂花(可
有可无),食用时候加入园子搅拌即可食用~
完美出锅
