Konon nagasari berasal dari daerah penghasil beras terbesar di Jawa Barat, yaitu Indramayu. Rasanya yang manis membuat kue ini cocok menjadi hidangan berbuka puasa. Dikutip Tatsemade, berikut resep membuat kue nagasari.
Bahan - bahan:
200 gr tepung beras
150 gr tepung maizena
2 lembar daun pandan
50 gr gula pasir
1 sdt vanili bubuk
250 ml santan kental
1 sdt garam
3 buah pisang, potong miring
150 ml air
Daun pisang untuk membungkus
Cara membuat:
Panaskan panci. Campurkan santan dengan air, tepung beras dan tepung maizena. Aduk rata. Tambahkan garam, gula pasir, vanili bubuk dan daun pandan.
Aduk lagi hingga adonan kalis. Angkat. Ambil sedikit adonan lalu letakkan di dalam daun pisang dan masukan pisang. Lipat daun pisang. Kukus adonan selama kurang lebih 20 menit. Kue nagasari siap disajikan.
