食材:肥牛卷、西蓝花、胡萝卜、洋葱、鸡蛋、酱油、味啉、盐、白糖、鸡粉、黑胡椒碎
制作步骤:
1、把肥牛卷倒入开水中,加入一点黄酒去腥,烫熟后捞出备用,再把西蓝花和胡萝卜烫熟
2、洋葱切丝,锅中加入一点色拉油,下入洋葱丝煸炒,再下入烫熟的肥牛卷
3、下入酱油、味啉、黑胡椒碎、盐、白糖、鸡粉调味
4、将炒好的肥肉倒在米饭上,烫熟的西蓝花和胡萝卜也摆放在碗中,最后加入一个流心得煎蛋
一份超级美味的日式肥牛饭就做好了,真的是超级简单,但是味道真的很棒!
