制作步骤:
1.鸡胸肉洗干净打成肉泥
2.加入鸡蛋、盐、黑胡椒、玉米淀粉、玉米油拌均匀
3.顺时针多搅拌一会可以让肉质更Q弹
4.把肉泥放入裱花袋中
5.盘中铺满面包糠
6.把肉泥挤出圆形,如图
7.挤好后裹一层白色或者黄色面包糠
8.再用玉米或者染色的土豆泥做嘴巴(没买到黄色玉米粒,我用的土豆泥加了点南瓜粉染色)
9.送入预热好的烤箱,165度烤15分钟。也可以用空气炸锅,温度根据自己家的调节
10.烤好后取出晾凉,用巧克力挤出眼睛
11.最后用酸酸甜甜的番茄酱挤出腮红,再挤一些番茄酱在酱料碗中,蘸着吃倍儿香!准备开动拉!
Steps:
- Clean the chicken breast and grind it into minced meat.
- Add egg, salt, black pepper, corn starch, and corn oil, then mix well.
- Stir clockwise for a while longer to make the texture more bouncy.
- Put the minced meat into a piping bag.
- Spread breadcrumbs on a plate.
- Squeeze the minced meat into small round shapes, as shown in the picture.
- Once shaped, coat with a layer of white or yellow breadcrumbs.
- Use corn or colored mashed potatoes to make the beak. (I used mashed potatoes with pumpkin powder for coloring since I couldn’t find yellow corn kernels).
- Put them in a preheated oven at 165°C (about 329°F) for 15 minutes. You can also use an air fryer, adjusting the temperature accordingly.
- Take them out to cool, then pipe chocolate for the eyes.
- Finally, use sweet and tangy ketchup to draw blush, and serve with a bowl of ketchup for dipping. It’s super delicious! Enjoy!
