This is Lixin, head of hardware from Cobo. I am leading our hardware product line.

First I wanna say sorry about the user experiences/flow we brought you.

For the QR code scanning problem, because we use a fixed focal length camera for better reading the QR code, but it involves another problem - the QR code's size on different screen are different, so we have to add a slide bar for resizing the QR code manually.

For the touchscreen thing, that is indeed our problem. Also due to COVID, global logistic is very slow, and during logistic we have released a new firmware, with that firmware, it provides some new features and also fixed the touch screen problem. Sorry the the inconvenience we brought you.

For the companion app, not sure if you noticed that with the latest release we also support Electrum as the companion app. We are also working on integration with Wasabi Wallet and BlueWallet.

For the AAA battery experience, it's a known issue that AAA batteries have unsteady voltage. We did a lot of optimization but AAA battery quality is so uncontrollable. Sorry about that.

For the LTC problem, we will improve that later. Currently most resources are put on bitcoin. Hope you understand this.
