INGREDIENTS
400 g fresh grated coconut, thick
2 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) water
1/4 cup of condensed milk
oil, how much to spread

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Grease a large baking dish with oil
Reserve
Put the water and sugar in a pan and bring to a high heat
Let the sauce cook until the medium wire point
Pour the coconut in the pan with the syrup and stir
Add the condensed milk and continue stirring until it starts to loosen from the bottom of the pan
Remove the kettle from the heat and place the spoons on the greased baking sheet.
Wait a little harden and remove the pans from the pan with a spatula
If you want to store the kettle, cool well and store in a covered container
