...Is it coffee? Is it yerba matte? How about hot milk, or a glass of high quality H2O?
I like to change it around, focusing my choice on something that is healthy and satisfying more often than the contrary.
What do you drink when you first wake up and want to warm up your system?
How do you spend the first hour of your day/night (if you're nocturnal)?
Today is day 2 for yerba matte because I ran out of my first choice of organic, fair trade coffee... I alos try to drink precious H2O as often as I need to...
