Does coffee drinking habits part of the culture and the political behavior of the people of Aceh? Before answering these questions of course, we must first define the concept of culture and politics itself as well as how the image of the coffee drinking habits in the people of Aceh.

Anthropology were interested to human life with a wide variety of system actions, then the given limits of the concept of culture or culture, science is different from other sciences. Also when compared with the usual meaning given to the concept of the everyday, which is limited to things that are as beautiful as temples, dance, visual art, sound art, literature and philosophy.

Antrophology definition is much broader in scope. According to anthropology, culture is the whole idea, action, and a man's work in the context of a society that belong to self made man with learning.

The same analogy can be applied to the habit of drinking coffee on the Acehnese people. Of course, drinking coffee has the form as concepts, habits, but also has his form is the form of actions and interactions patterned (between coffee producers, coffee buyers, consumers of coffee) and coffee drinking habits also have elements in the form of equipment, commodities , etc.

Drinking coffee in a stall for the people of Aceh is not a born just like that, but this practice has been longstanding and passed down from generation to generation, summarized in the system idea / ideas, social systems, and culture in the form of objects as a form of cultural property of the people of Aceh.
