A Month of Parenting

I have to admit, it strikes me as a little bit odd that although parenting is a huge part of my identity it’s taken until we’re mid-way through the year to actually have it as a theme. But as I’m in hardcore “nesting” mode I am glad to be able to surrender to my brain and spend some serious time thinking and writing about parenting.

My hopes for this month are high – there will be some focus on being a working parent, interacting with your kids, and I’ll even be hosting Amina Berg to talk about her parenting perspective. Parenting has so many perspectives to it – what you were raised with, your current and former socioeconomic status, race, education level, and so much more. I am excited to explore it all with you.
