Never thought I would see a 16 seed win against a number 1 seed.
It happened and I watched this with my kids- even better.
Not the forum to voice concerns about Division 1 sports- but a memorable experience to see the joy on the faces of the UMBC players and fans. It is clear they came into the game expecting to win.
I feel bad for the young men from Virginia and both coaches should amazing poise and grace.
I loved the comments made by the coach from UMBC after the game.
An absolute pleasure to watch, and the young men on both teams showed great character- both schools should be proud the young men that wear their colors.
